Dain Scottish ‘Hings

My friends I stayed with in Brooklyn, New York are in Scotland for a few days, so we visited Edinburgh to do a fraction of sightseeing. The tables have turned as I was a tourist in New York when visiting Dustin and Margaret, and now Dustin is a tourist in Scotland (Mags grew up here. We went to primary school together).

Although spending most of the day in Edinburgh, we really didn’t accomplish much other than a pub meal at the Grassmarket, a visit to my sister’s boutique, and coffee at Fredericks. Still, it was nice to see them before they fly across the Atlantic. We’ve talked about spending a bit of summer in Minnesota, where Dustin is from. I hope that happens.
