I set my alarm for ridiculous o’clock and was hiking up a windy hill in Glasgow by 7.30am. Okay, this is what I love about photography; it gets me out of bed! It gets me going to locations I otherwise would never give myself the time to visit, and I get to do it on my own (I am sociable, but ultimately I’m a loner). These were taken with the 45mm ƒ2.8 TS-E, which is a ‘normal’ lens with tilt and shift capabilities, so some of these shots aren’t making use of the tiltshift mechanism. The ones that do, however, need a lot of improvement.
