Three Steps To Heaven

There’s an independent, family run ice cream parlour in Byres Road, Glasgow. They do this wee gem of an ice cream treat called a Coldstone where they mash up two of your favourite flavours, merge it with two toppings of your choice, then finish it off with sauce on a frosted slab (hence the name). Tonight I was naughty and had one, specifically the apple pie and coconut flavours, mashed with strawberries and snowballs, then topped with melted chocolate sauce. Dee-lightful!
